12V EN rated recovery winch with 9,480lb rated first-layer line pull and 34m of 9.2mm synthetic rope. Includes an aluminium hawse fairlead and waterproof wired remote. Free UK delivery.

The Novawinch EN4300 is a 12V electric recovery winch with 4,300kg (9,480lb) of rated line pull on the first rope layer. Designed for professional recovery and vehicle loading, it comes with 34m of 9.2mm synthetic rope, an aluminium hawse fairlead and a waterproof wired handheld remote.
Its 12V series-wound motor drives a four-stage planetary gearbox with a 516:1 ratio. A mechanical automatic brake in the drum holds the load when winching stops. The winch is rated to EN 14492-1; check that the product’s rating and configuration meet the requirements of your application.
The EN4300’s rated line pull varies by rope layer. It provides 4,300kg on the first layer, with the rated pull reducing as more rope winds onto the drum. The supplied table shows the line-pull and rope-capacity figures for each layer.
At full rated first-layer pull, line speed is 1.3m/min and motor current is 200A. At no load, line speed is 3.2m/min and current is 50A. The winch needs a suitable 12V supply, correctly sized cables and secure electrical connections. Follow the supplied installation and operating instructions.
The 34m synthetic rope is lighter and more flexible to handle than comparable steel wire rope. The aluminium hawse fairlead guides the rope onto the drum. Inspect the rope before use and protect it from sharp edges, abrasion and heat.
For help comparing rope types, read our synthetic rope versus steel cable guide.
The EN4300 measures 642mm long × 215mm wide × 288mm high. It has two mounting bolt patterns: 254mm × 114.3mm and 254mm × 165.1mm. Check your mounting structure, available space and fairlead position before ordering.
Winch line pull is a measure of pulling force, not a maximum vehicle weight. The force required depends on the load, slope and ground conditions. Use the winch for pulling and recovery, not overhead lifting, and secure vehicles for transport with suitable independent restraints.
