HW Series: Hydraulic Winches from 22,000lb to 45,000lb

The Novawinch HW Series is our heaviest-duty range of hydraulic winches, built for military and defence vehicles, heavy recovery trucks, fire appliances, tractors and plant. Capacities run from 22,000lb to 45,000lb (10 to 20.4 tonnes), with up to 65m of steel wire rope, and the series is built to EN 14492-1, the European standard for power-driven winches.

Every winch comes with a 2-year warranty and free next-day UK mainland delivery, or you can click and collect from our Rothwell, Leeds site.

HW Series Models

Weights are without rope. The HW150 and HW200 have a high-speed setting of 15 metres per minute for faster rope recovery.

Hydraulic System Requirements

Each model needs a hydraulic supply that can deliver the stated oil flow and pressure. Check that your vehicle's PTO, pump, hoses and control valve suit the winch before ordering, and make sure the mounting is engineered for loads up to 20 tonnes.
