SUPER B2500 2,500lb (1.1T) 12V ATV Winch - 12m Steel Wire Rope

The Novawinch SUPER B2500 is a compact 12V ATV and quad-bike winch delivering 2,500lb (1,135kg) of rated line pull on the first rope layer. Measuring just 304mm long, it is designed for smaller off-road vehicles and installations where available mounting space is limited.

The winch comes equipped with 12m of 4.8mm steel wire rope and a four-way roller fairlead. Steel wire rope offers good abrasion resistance for outdoor utility work, while the roller fairlead guides the rope onto and off the drum. Inspect the rope regularly for broken wires, kinks, crushing and corrosion, and wear suitable gloves when handling it.

Compact Winch for ATVs and Quad Bikes

The SUPER B2500 uses a compact 124mm × 76mm mounting bolt pattern commonly found on ATV and quad-bike winch installations. The vehicle’s mounting plate, available space and electrical capacity should always be checked before ordering.

Its 2,500lb rating makes it suitable for lighter ATV recovery and utility pulling tasks. Rated line pull describes the force available on the first rope layer; it is not the vehicle’s permitted weight or a lifting capacity. Available pulling force reduces as additional rope layers build on the drum.

First-Layer Performance

With no load on the first rope layer, the SUPER B2500 reaches a line speed of 5.5m/min while drawing approximately 12A. At its full 2,500lb first-layer rating, the published line speed is 1.3m/min with a motor current of 125A.

The all-metal free-spool control disengages the drum so the rope can be pulled out manually. An automatic brake inside the drum helps hold tension when winching stops, but the winch must not be used for lifting or as the sole means of securing a vehicle or load.

Complete Installation Package

The SUPER B2500 is supplied with a four-way roller fairlead, contactor, wired handheld remote, remote socket, power cable assembly, mounting plate, hook and circuit breaker. The vehicle’s battery, charging system, cables and electrical connections must be suitable for the winch’s current requirements.
