GRT Series: EN Rated Hydraulic Winches from 8,000lb to 18,000lb

The Novawinch HEN Series is our range of EN rated hydraulic recovery winches, from 8,000lb to 18,000lb (3.6 to 8.2 tonnes). Built to EN 14492-1, the European standard for power-driven winches, they suit recovery trucks, fire appliances, tractors and flat-bed trailers where an EN rated winch is required.

Every HEN winch has a multi-disc brake tested to 125% of rated capacity, IP67 seals, a forged aluminium motor mounting plate, hardened planetary gears and a manual free-spool clutch. Every winch comes with a 2-year warranty and free next-day UK mainland delivery, or you can click and collect from our Rothwell, Leeds site.

Hydraulic System Requirements

HEN winches need an oil flow of 35 to 60 litres per minute (35 to 75 l/min for the HEN18000) at the working pressure shown for each model. An independent oil supply with a relief valve is recommended. Check that your vehicle's PTO, pump and hydraulic circuit can supply this before ordering.
