Certified Power for Extreme Operations

The HEN20000 is built for operators who need maximum strength. First layer line pull 20,000 lb (9,072 kg), line speed 20.6 fpm (6.3 m/min) at 85 l/min oil flow. Working pressure 2,175 psi (15 MPa), gear ratio 20.0:1. Suited to 8x8 recovery trucks, heavy plant and industrial use.

Robust Engineering & Pneumatic Clutch

Oversized casting steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears and carbon steel tie bar for durability under extreme tension. Pneumatic clutch as standard for seamless integration with vehicle air systems. GV-12 threads for leak-resistant oil hose connections. Multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals for safe, reliable operation in harsh conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

Recommended 14 mm (35/64") wire rope; drum capacity 203 ft (62 m) across 5 layers. Rated line pull and line speed vary by layer—see the Performance table in Specifications (e.g. layer 5: 12,168 lb, 33.7 fpm, 203 ft capacity).
