It achieves a line speed of 20.6 fpm (6.3 m/min) at an 85 l/min oil flow, with a working pressure of 2,175 psi (15 MPa) and a gear ratio of 20.0:1. Robust Engineering & Manual Control

The HEN20000 is engineered for durability under extreme tension, incorporating oversized cast steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears, and a carbon steel tie bar. Its manual clutch offers reliable mechanical engagement for heavy-duty applications. Further enhancing reliability are GV-12 threaded connections for leak-resistant oil hoses, a multi-disc brake, and IP67-rated seals, which together ensure safe and dependable operation in harsh conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

The recommended wire rope is 14 mm (35/64"), and the drum has a capacity of 203 ft (62 m) spread across 5 layers. Rated line pull and line speed vary by layer; detailed figures are available in the Performance table within the Specifications. For instance, layer 5 provides 12,168 lb of pull at 33.7 fpm, utilising the full 203 ft capacity.
