Certified Power for Heavy Recovery

The HEN12000 is built for the most challenging jobs. First layer line pull 12,000 lb (5,443 kg), line speed 21.3 fpm (6.5 m/min) at 55 l/min oil flow. Working pressure 1,885 psi (13 MPa), gear ratio 17.3:1. Suited to recovery trucks, fire engines, tractors and flat-bed trailers.

Safety & Engineering

Multi-disc brake and smart hydraulic valve direction change deliver precise load control and superior stopping power, tested to 125% of rated capacity. Forged aluminium motor mounting plate, hardened planetary gears and carbon steel tie bar for robust construction. IP67-rated seals protect against dust and water for reliable operation in harsh UK conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

Recommended 12 mm (15/32") wire rope; drum capacity 98.4 ft (30 m) across 4 layers. Rated line pull and line speed vary by layer—see the Performance table in Specifications (e.g. layer 4: 7,701 lb, 33.1 fpm, 98.4 ft capacity). Pneumatic clutch 1–8 bar, ventilation 1 L/min.
