Safety & Engineering

A multi-disc brake combined with smart hydraulic valve direction change ensures precise load control and superior stopping power, rigorously tested to 125% of rated capacity. Its robust construction features a forged aluminium motor mounting plate, hardened planetary gears, and a carbon steel tie bar. IP67-rated seals provide protection against dust and water, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh UK conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

The recommended wire rope is 12 mm (15/32"), offering a drum capacity of 98.4 ft (30 m) across four layers. Please note that rated line pull and line speed vary by layer; refer to the performance table in the specifications for detailed information (e.g., layer 4 provides 7,701 lb, 33.1 fpm, and 98.4 ft capacity). The winch is equipped with a manual clutch.
