Unrivalled 20-Tonne Industrial Power

The HEN45000 standard-drum model delivers full 20-tonne pulling capacity with a compact profile. First layer line pull 45,000 lb (20,412 kg), line speed 12.5 fpm (3.8 m/min) at 85 l/min oil flow. Working pressure 2,465 psi (17 MPa), gear ratio 30.4:1. Drum capacity 111.5 ft (34 m) across 4 layers—ideal where space is limited but power is essential.

Pneumatic Precision & Remote Control

The pneumatic clutch allows remote engagement from the cab for faster operation and operator safety. Air pressure 1–8 bar, ventilation 1 L/min. Keeps the operator at a safe distance during tensioning of heavy wire ropes.

Extreme Engineering & Weatherproofing

Oversized casting steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears and carbon steel tie bar for structural integrity. GV-12 threads for leak-resistant oil connections. Multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals for reliable operation in the harshest UK environments.
