Unparalleled 13.6 Tonne Industrial Strength

The HEN30000 is built for professionals who cannot afford equipment failure. First layer line pull 30,000 lb (13,608 kg), line speed 15.1 fpm (4.6 m/min) at 70 l/min oil flow. Working pressure 2,465 psi (17 MPa), gear ratio 30.39:1. Suited to heavy recovery rotators, mining vehicles and military transporters.

Pneumatic Precision & Remote Control

The pneumatic clutch allows engagement and disengagement from the cab or control station—no need to approach the drum. Air pressure 1–8 bar, ventilation 1 L/min. Faster operation and enhanced safety, keeping the operator away from the winch during spooling. Ideal for vehicles with onboard air systems.

Extreme Engineering & Weatherproofing

Oversized casting steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears and carbon steel tie bar for structural integrity under 13.6-tonne pulls. GV-12 threads for leak-resistant oil connections. Multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals for reliable operation in mud, rain or grit.

Recommended 18 mm (3/4") wire rope; drum capacity 170.6 ft (52 m) across 5 layers. Rated line pull and line speed vary by layer—see the Performance table in Specifications (e.g. layer 5: 17,728 lb, 24.3 fpm, 170.6 ft capacity).
