It delivers a first-layer line pull of 25,000 lb (11,340 kg) and a line speed of 18 fpm (5.5 m/min) at 70 l/min oil flow. Key specifications include a working pressure of 2,465 psi (17 MPa) and a gear ratio of 20.0:1.

Pneumatic Precision & Hydraulic Efficiency

A pneumatic clutch is fitted as standard, allowing for air-controlled engagement directly from the cab. For leak-resistant oil hose connections, the winch features GV-12 threads. Structural integrity is ensured by oversized cast steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears and a carbon steel tie bar. The multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals guarantee reliable operation in challenging environments such as quarries, construction sites and severe weather conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

It is recommended to use 16 mm (5/8") wire rope, which allows for a drum capacity of 131 ft (40 m) across four layers.
