The HEN30000 is engineered for professionals where equipment failure is not an option. Its robust performance includes a first layer line pull of 30,000 lb (13,608 kg), a line speed of 15.1 fpm (4.6 m/min) (at 70 l/min oil flow), a working pressure of 2,465 psi (17 MPa), and a gear ratio of 30.39:1. It is ideally suited for heavy recovery rotators, mining vehicles, and military transporters.

Pneumatic Precision & Remote Control

The pneumatic clutch facilitates remote engagement and disengagement directly from the cab or control station, eliminating the need to approach the drum. Operating with an air pressure of 1–8 bar and requiring 1 L/min air consumption, this feature ensures faster operation and enhanced safety by keeping the operator clear of the winch during spooling. It is ideal for vehicles equipped with onboard air systems.

Extreme Engineering & Weatherproofing

Engineered for durability, the winch features oversized cast steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears, and a carbon steel tie bar to ensure structural integrity under demanding 13.6-tonne pulls. GV-12 threads provide leak-resistant oil connections, while the multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals guarantee reliable operation in challenging conditions such as mud, rain, or grit.

The recommended 18 mm (3/4") wire rope has a drum capacity of 170.6 ft (52 m), distributed across 5 layers. It is important to note that the rated line pull and line speed vary significantly by layer.
