The Novawinch STINGER Series is a range of 12,000lb (5,443kg) electric winches built for repeated, heavy-duty use. Every STINGER has upgraded electronics, sealed solenoids, reinforced gearing and a mechanical automatic brake, plus the DUO control system with both a wireless remote and a wired remote.

The series suits heavy 4x4s, Jeeps and SUVs, recovery trucks, car transporters and plant trailers. Every winch comes with a 2-year warranty and free next-day UK mainland delivery, or you can click and collect from our Rothwell, Leeds site.

Choose Your STINGER

12V or 24V?

Match the winch to your vehicle's electrical system. Most 4x4s, pickups and car trailers run on 12V. HGVs, larger recovery trucks and many commercial vehicles run on 24V. The 24V STINGER draws less current for the same load, which suits frequent commercial use. See all 12V winches or 24V winches.

Steel Wire or Synthetic Rope?

Steel wire rope resists abrasion on rocks, rough ground and steel loading ramps. Synthetic rope is lighter, easier to handle and stores less energy if it fails under load. Whichever you choose, use a rope dampener during recovery.
