Extreme Power, Mechanical Simplicity

The HEN25000 manual-clutch variant is built for operators who want maximum strength without an air system. First layer line pull 25,000 lb (11,340 kg), line speed 18 fpm (5.5 m/min) at 70 l/min oil flow. Working pressure 2,465 psi (17 MPa), gear ratio 20.0:1. The manual lever gives positive engagement and simple operation in the most challenging UK environments.

Built for Industrial Abuse

Oversized casting steel drum supports, hardened planetary gears and carbon steel tie bar for structural integrity. GV-12 threads for leak-resistant oil hose connections. Multi-disc brake and IP67-rated seals for reliable operation in quarries, construction sites and severe weather.
